My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please submit a request ticket. Be sure to let us know your order number, product description, quantity and of course the problem and we’ll take it from there.

(Tip: if you receive damaged goods, please upload a picture. An image speaks a thousand words… and can be helpful to understand the nature of the damage).

You will need to notify us within 5 business days of delivery, so don’t put it off!
