If your order is still in your shopping cart, you can cancel or delete it right up until you pay online.
If you’ve ‘hit the button’ and wish to cancel, please notify us in writing to email@example.com within an hour of placing your order.
Cancellation after your hour is up:
If your order has been picked and you wish to cancel your order, we charge 20% of the invoice total as a cancellation fee, with a minimum charge of $15 excluding GST to cover picking and re-stocking costs. We’re unable to cancel orders that have been made to order (for example die cuts, pockets and printing).
