Can I change the shipping method?

As delivery costs are based on your selection and location, we can only accept a change of service that’s the same cost and service i.e. Startrack Road Service to Australia Post’s eParcel service. Give us a call on (08)9271 9255 and let us know what the change is.

For any other changes, we will need to add a handling charge of $10 plus any additional shipping charges. i.e. If you want a portion of the order sent by air, it will be the cost of the air shipping, plus $10 to cover the time involved in splitting the order and making the changes.
