Hey, it happens…but we can’t just have product turning up in the mail with no way of tracking or knowing what’s going on.
If you’ve ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and want to send it back, you’ll need to let us know first so we know to expect it. Please submit a request ticket.
As you can appreciate, any returns costs us money in bringing it back into our system, creating the credit and even putting it back on the shelf.
So to do all this we charge a fee of 20% of the item(s) total as a cancellation fee, with a minimum fee of $15 ex GST per invoice. This fee will be deducted from your credit owing from any accepted returned items.
When sending the goods back to us (sorry that’s at your own cost), make sure they’re packed well as all items need to be received back in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Obviously we can’t accept damaged returns…
