Hey, it happens…but we can’t just have product turning up in the mail with no way of tracking or knowing what’s going on.
If you’ve ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and want to send it back, you’ll need to let us know first (either by phone or email to email@example.com) within 7 days of delivery so we know to expect it.
When sending the goods back to us (sorry that’s at your own cost), make sure they’re packed well as all items need to be received back in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.
Obviously we can’t accept damaged returns…
Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND only.
Sadly, we DO NOT accept returns on permanently marked down SALE items or seconds.
