Do you take phone orders?

We can certainly walk you through how to place an order, but we don’t take orders over the phone… 

All orders need to be placed online. The reasons for this are:

  • You might call a product one thing and we call it something else. Some products may be up for interpretation and we might send you the wrong goods.
  • You can see immediately if a product is in stock and perhaps choose something else if it is not.
  • We require payment before your order is shipped and packed. As the website has all of the weights and measures and live stock, everything can be calculated at check out.
  • We use secure online credit card services through our website and Eway. We prefer not to have the responsibility of having your cc number supplied to us…
